As software and business consultants to the construction industry, KLC Vision specializes in assisting businesses with software selection, implementation, forecasting, planning, managing growth strategies, and refining business processes allowing our clients to make the most of their software investments.
EGiS Technologies has been in business for 14 years and provides exceptional IT support to more than 100 clients in the Midwest. EGiS has multiple clients in the construction field and manages their infrastructure across a variety of different environments.

Kathy Lewis
Chief Executive Officer - KLC Vision
Kathy Lewis's experience includes over 24 years in the construction industry. She has managed an accounting portfolio of 64 million dollars of revenue distributed over more than 25 companies. As a software and business consultant to the construction industry, her specialty is in assisting businesses in forecasting, planning, managing growth strategies, and refining business processes allowing clients to make the most of their software investment. She obtained experience with Sage 300 CRE software over the last 18 years as an end user, speaker at both the National Timberline Users Group Conference and Sage Summit, and as a Certified Sage 300 CRE Consultant.
Jermaine Hickey
Business Development Specialist - EGiS Technologies
Jermaine has experience in business, technology, financial planning, and wealth management. His prior experiences have helped businesses achieve an appropriate understanding of the evolving information technology needs of today. Since 2015, Jermaine has helped clients understand the strengths of EGiS's layered approach to security.
Dan Hooyboer
Director of Operations/Lead System Administrator - EGiS Technologies
Dan has a background in IT that includes large datacenter environments and SOC 2 compliant financial services. At EGiS he manages the System Administration team and has helped multiple clients move to Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based services to modernize their infrastructure.
